UncensoredGPT is a product developed and operated by NeuralNet Solutions OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia under VAT number EE102332388, with registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Pärnu mnt 41a-303, 10119, Estonia.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of UncensoredGPT and any related services provided by NeuralNet Solutions ("NeuralNet," "we," "our," or "us") through our websites at https://uncensoredgpt.ai or https://neuralnet.solutions (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility

5. Content
You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon as a sole source of truth. NeuralNet Solutions is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All charges will be made clear before purchase. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our prices from time to time and will give you at least 30 days notice of any price increase.
8. Service Availability
We do our best to keep UncensoredGPT running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee the Service will be available at all times. Outages may occur and when they do, we will work as fast as possible to get things back up and running. We are not liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by service interruptions.
9. API Usage Terms
Access to the NeuralNet API is subject to additional terms outlined in our API Documentation. By using the API, you agree to comply with those terms. We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, our Brand Guidelines, or are misusing our trademarks.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and intellectual property within the Service are owned by NeuralNet Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service.
11. Third Party Services
Some features of the Service may involve third-party providers, including model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. When using those models, your prompts may be processed by those third parties under a strict zero data retention policy. NeuralNet Solutions is not responsible for the practices of those third parties beyond the terms we enforce upon them.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO OUR BEST TO KEEP UNCENSOREDGPT RUNNING SMOOTHLY, BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. NEURALNET SOLUTIONS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS MAY NOT ALWAYS BE ACCURATE AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS A SOLE SOURCE OF TRUTH.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuralNet Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the prior twelve months.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or engage in any activity that may cause harm to NeuralNet Solutions, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the applicable regulations of the European Union. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Estonia. If you have a dispute, please contact us first at legal@neuralnet.solutions and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before taking formal action.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failures in providing the Service due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, power outages, or regulatory changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuralNet Solutions regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

The service is simple: use our services and we will not share your conversations with anyone, unless you use third-party models, in which case we force our partners to use a zero data retention policy.
