Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

UncensoredGPT is a product developed and operated by NeuralNet Solutions OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia under VAT number EE102332388, with registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Pärnu mnt 41a-303, 10119, Estonia.

This Privacy Policy describes how NeuralNet Solutions ("NeuralNet," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses personal data from individuals ("you" or "your") who access or use our websites at https://uncensoredgpt.ai or https://neuralnet.solutions, along with any related websites and services we provide (collectively referred to as the "Service").

Personal data, as referred to throughout this Privacy Policy, covers any information that can identify you directly or indirectly as an individual. This includes anything that qualifies as personally identifiable information or personal information under any applicable privacy or data protection law, including the GDPR.

By using NeuralNet's services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we collect, use, and process your data as described in this Privacy Policy. This document works alongside our Terms of Service, which also govern your use of the platform.

Data We Do Not Collect

WE WILL NEVER USE YOUR CONVERSATIONS TO TRAIN AI MODELS. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third-party AI providers. We do not collect any identifying metadata from your prompts.

We believe privacy is a fundamental human right. You should not have to justify keeping your conversations to yourself. Regardless of what you discuss, your conversations belong to you and stay that way unless you choose otherwise.

Data We Collect

We collect different types of data depending on how you use our Service.

We store your chat history for your convenience so that our models can understand the full context of your conversations. If you don't want us to store your chat history, you have the "Temporary Chat" option. In this case, the chat history is stored in your browser cache, but once you close your browser window, we won't know anything about the conversation and you won't be able to recover it.

Without an account, we collect basic metadata such as your time zone, browser type, and IP address. Some of these values are used to prevent abuse of the Service by malicious actors.

When you create a free account, we collect your email address for account verification purposes. Why? This is the only way we can know this account belongs to you, and if you forget your password, you can recover it. If you sign up through a third-party account such as Apple, Google, etc, we receive basic information from those services such as your email address and profile image.

If you pay for a Pro account with a credit card, that information goes directly to our payment provider and is never shared with us. We only know that you paid, and that's it.

Infrastructure

Where your prompts run. Our models run on servers we own or rent from infrastructure providers we trust, including Vast.ai, RunPod, and Hetzner. All of them meet strict security standards and comply with certifications such as SOC and ISO. When you send a prompt, it stays within that ecosystem and never touches a third-party AI provider.

A note on third-party models. We are working on bringing models from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google to the platform. Since these models are operated by their respective companies, your prompts will travel to their servers outside NeuralNet's infrastructure. We enforce a zero data retention policy with those partners, meaning your prompts are processed and immediately discarded, never written to any database. Using those models means you are comfortable with your prompts being handled by those third parties under these terms.

Service providers. Like any modern platform, we work with third parties for things like billing, payments, and analytics, including Google Analytics. These providers only access what they need to do their job.

Legal obligations. If the law requires it, we may need to access or disclose your data, for example in response to a court order or to investigate fraud.

Business transfers. If NeuralNet goes through a merger or acquisition, your data may be part of that transition.

Data Retention & Your Privacy Rights

We are a company incorporated in Estonia and therefore fully subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation EU 2016/679). This means we are legally bound to handle your personal data with transparency, purpose limitation, and respect for your rights as a data subject.

How long we keep your data. We only retain your personal data for as long as strictly necessary to provide the service or as required by applicable law. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, object to, and port your personal data, all free of charge. To exercise any of these rights, you can reach us at legal@neuralnet.solutions or by mail at our registered address:

Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Pärnu mnt 41a-303, 10119, Estonia.

We will respond to your request within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Confidentiality. Any communication you send us containing personal data is treated as confidential. If you ever receive a message from us that was not intended for you, please notify us immediately at legal@neuralnet.solutions and delete it along with any attachments.

Questions or complaints. If you have concerns about how we handle your data and feel we have not addressed them adequately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or any other competent supervisory authority within the EU.

Sorry for the legal language, this is what stupid politics and bureaucrats force us to do, just because. The service is simple: use our services and we will not share your conversations with anyone, unless you use third-party models, in which case we force our partners to use a zero data retention policy.

Enjoy! 😄
